| Note: | 09/17/1973 All Porcelain Basin markers were in place at 5:45 pm except at Big Whirligig, there the marker placed in the basin was washed away, the marker in Big’s runoff was still in place thought runoff area was damp; it appeared that basin must have filled (not quite as full as before – perhaps a couple of inches short) and run over a bit but not with great force. Marker in basin replaced. |
