Comments:Total walk-up! Height measurement at 280' for this one. (Yes that was peak height.) NV was having some nice, consistent volume with 25'-30'+ height upon our arrival. At 0956/57, we began to have a nice minor that started with some bounce that gradually grew to vertical surging to tall vertical spikes. NV switched back to angled again with more height and up up up it went barely 30s after the minor started. I was on the lower platform and ran halfway to the bench at the top of the hill. Peak height did not look very tall but it held it for quite a while. I got a measurement of 280'. Nearly switched to steam by about 5 minutes, but at about 10 minutes it went into bursting mode.
