| Comments: | 3:13- 6:16 Pool 2/5 full at start. Tremendously explosive starting burst at least 35 feet high. Every 2 minutes pool would erupt only 5-15 feet high. Then for ½ – 1 minute explosive bursts at least 35 feet high; highest probably near 80 feet. About ½ way in {1647} water became a murky gray color. My opinion is that a disturbance began during the Echinus eruption. After the eruption the pool drained completely empty. Black Pit Spring and Annex were also muddy especially the Annex |
