Note:Observed what appeared to be a false start. Pool in heavy overflow and water level was covering gooseneck when I heard 3 faint thumps and saw water level rise 1/2 inch. Boil began to intensify and seemed to teeter on eruption for about 1 minute. Pool began to drop after activity and settled about 1inch from highest water level point observed within 10-15 min.

Is this what some people refer to as a minor? I've only heard them described with the regular eruption ensuing a few hours later
