Note:DISCLAIMER:I am no SB expert. Watched for about 2 hours. There was water there, but only a little. mostly wispy stuff from NV. Very little from SV. Runoff was wet but really even trickling in. Cistern seems to have light overflow off the back down the terraces.Light bubbling in the center. Maybe a bit milky, but I have no reference point.

This sounds a lot like what I saw at ~5-6 days (June 20) during the June 2018 disturbance. In that case, it was another 3-4 days before South Vent woke up beyond little splashes.
