Note:10/05/1964 - no time noted - Colloidal has ceased geyser activity. Pool now does not drain. The pool is now bubbling steadily to 6-8 feet & has the same murky grayish color. However, the Colloidal complex is much enlarged and, on the eastern side, is only 15 feet from the walk. Erosion of the pool rim has probably stopped and there has been only a foot or so of cutting since yesterday morning. Colloidal is overflowing again into the drainage of East Tantalus Creek. The small amount of cutting since yesterday morning suggests that the geyser phase stopped yesterday evening (it was seen in action until 5pm). = Hurricane has gained back its original level (pre-Sept 25) & maybe more. It is murky gray.
