Comments: | Low to moderately low ~perpetual spouting from an unnamed geyser (UNNG) - it appears to be "vent 2" in the Angle Geyser Complex, Sprinkler Group, Lower Geyser Basin; = UNNG 2 / vent 2 of Wolf & Paperiello, 1989 (Report on the Kaleidoscope & Sprinkler Groups, pp. 25-26, 30); = “Little Angle Geyser” of Phil Landis. Vent is 1 meter or less ~south of (true) Angle Geyser & located at 44° 33' 15.24" North latitude, 110° 48' 41.62" West longitude (2016 satellite photo on Google Earth). On for most of the day, but was seen off at times: 1152 ie (still erupting at 1353; recently off at 1413), 1416 (probably ns)-onward, already off at 1654. Have never seen this geyser active before (I think). |
