| Comments: | Unnamed geyser (UNNG) in the way-southern part of the Lower Geyser Basin's Sprinkler Group (is it part of the USGS' so-called Pithole Springs Group?). Vent of UNNG is at 44° 33' 13.62" N, 110° 48' 40.78" W, and is located 38.5 meters south of Little Crack Geyser & 33 meters SSW of Vertical Geyser (LKNN023). Observed a <1 minute duration eruption at 1906 and another <1 minute duration eruption at 1907. Actually, it may be better characterized as one eruption with a pause or near-pause about midway through. Also saw this eruption-pause-eruption behavior on 9 June 2016. Filmed. See attachment. |
| Clips 2-3 of this video compilation (time stamp 0:58 to the end) show the way-southern Sprinkler Group UNNG's 7:06 to 7:07 PM eruption on 3 July 2016. | Entrant: JSJ Time Entered:2019-04-09 21:35:12 Time Uploaded:2019-04-09 21:35:12 Submitted to:Geysertimes.org |
